Half of the world is facing communication issue, be it in any way. It’s a big challenge for most of us to weave ideas and words in such manner that other people can understand your thoughts. Really tough! Yes, but with this blog, I have tried to club some tips that can help you fix the problem of communication to a great extent.

First of all, you need to understand why effective communication is important in life skills; the way you express yourself is surely an important factor. So, you can’t goof up this aspect. Here are some tips that can really help you mastering in expressing and communicating. Excited? Here are some tips:

Small Talk 

Want to kill that awkward or inevitable silence in a conversation, learn the art of small talk, it really works every time. Relax, it is easy!

Be Careful with Your Body Language

It comes as no surprise that body language says a lot about “what you thinking and your psychology”. Have you ever thought that when you tell your partner you are open to discussion, but your arms are crossed portray a wrong picture? Yes, it can say a lot to the other person without using a single word. Be it, the way you make an eye contact or move your hand, it says a lot about you. One strange way to tap the better communication – thinks about your toes, or just adopts a power pose to boost confidence. It really works, give it a try!

Remove Unnecessary Conversation

Um’s and ah’s can ruin your speech or everyday conversations.  Cut them out, you know you need to be more persuasive to feel or appear more confident by avoiding these words. One thing that you can surely do is strictly avoid using words like “um” and “ya”, these are killing your conversation. Get rid of them now!

Read Stories

Stories are powerful, you can take their help.  Don’t look confused, I just want to say that reading stories stimulate your thoughts, so read and express. As simple as it is! Well, going hand-in-hand with most of the points above can really help you feel more confident while communicating. Safe yourself from the  problem of communicating the wrong way and leaving a negative impress on others.  Just remember – “A healthy conversation is a bunch of words elegantly connected with listening.
